I covered social media community management for a portfolio of B Corp and organic food brands including Alpro, Vega, Provamel and Hobgoblin from January - October 2023.

 

 I interacted with digital communities via social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), applied the correct tone of voice, met KPIs for response times and conducted social listening and ad hoc project work where required.
